THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited are supporting a rapidly growing company who, due to continued growth, is looking for an experienced Sales Assistant to join its well-established and successful team.
As a Sales Advisor, you will be fully supported by anAssistant Manager and Manager to train and develop your skills and knowledge, and be given ongoing training and development tosupport your growth in your role, and to ensure you are ready to take further progression steps. The company are due to expand hugely again over the next 18 months so there are fantastic opportunities to progress and build your career and excellent earningpotential.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven Sales Advisor / Contact Centre Advisor / Call Centre Advisor / Customer Service Advisor / Sales Executive / Telesales Executive to join an ambitious industry-leading business as they continue their success and expansion.
THE SALES ADVISOR ROLE:
* Responding to inbound enquiries from new clients and give insight intothe company and service
* Speak with potential clients over the phone and in person
* Upsell all packages, services and promotions
* Take ownership of client accounts and provide full support when needed
* Building strong long-term relationships* Preparing quotes and sending to the client for approval
* Processing orders on the system making sure all communication between the team is correct
* Updating and maintaining the CRM system
* Conduct daily routines with the team to make sure the store is clean and secure with all facilities fully operational
* Liaising with different departments to ensure the smooth running of the store
THE IDEAL PERSON FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR ROLE:
* Experience within a Sales Advisor / Contact Centre Advisor / Call Centre Advisor / Customer Service Advisor / Sales Executive / Telesales Executive or similar role is essential
* An interest in working within a fast-paced client-facing industry
* Excellent telephone manner
* Proven relationshipbuilder
* High attention to detail
* Driven and determined individual
* Excellent customer service/ care skills
* Competent in MS packages and CRM systems advantageous
