Location: Croydon
Salary: £37,000 per annum, plus OTE £45,000
Working Hours: Monday toFriday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Role Overview:
We are currently seeking a Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have abackground in sales, preferably within the coffee industry, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth and secure new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence and customer base, with a strong emphasis on sales.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders,including distributors, retailers, and strategic partners.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implementsales strategies and promotional activities.
* Analyse market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer feedback to informbusiness decisions and identify areas for growth.
* Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential partners to maximise profitability and ensure mutual success.
* Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, market trends, and businessdevelopment initiatives to senior management.
Qualifications:
* Proven track record of success in sales roles, preferably within the coffee industry.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
* Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend trade shows, and explore new market opportunities. This roleis primarily focused on sales
