The Role
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Sales Development Executive to join a professional service company supporting some of the UK's largest business with their technology requirements. We analyse our client's business and show them ways to improve value and increase effective performance to help them grow their teams in global, FTSE 100, large and mid-market enterprises.

The Person
We're looking for an ambitious Sales Development Executive to support and help grow the companies portfolio, who will play a critical role in growing the client base.
You'll need to be enthusiastic, highly organised and process-driven, as well as comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
This is not a hard-core sales role as such, webelieve that people buy from people, so it would suit someone with customer facing experience, i.e. sales, retail or hospitalitysectors.
You should be a real people person, good at building rapport and reading customers needs. The role of Sales Development Executive will involve email and phone communication as well as face to face interactions with both existing clients and prospective clients attending meetings and industry events.
This position requires exceptional relationship-building skills - you will be working with senior level
protential clients within a wide range of target markets to identify, engage and convertprospects from within our community into clients and partners.
Your Responsibilities
* Build on our company's strong reputation to attract and secure corporate partnerships for the business portfolio
* Contribute to our sales process, KPI's and associated metrics to support lead generation, management, appointment bookings, meetings and closing of new business.
* Gatherbusiness intelligence on companies, leads and qualified prospects - conduct detailed account research based on target account profiles and sectors.
* Identify key stakeholders within organisations based on buyer personas.
* Create, manage, and reportprospect information within Salesforce.
* Collaboration with our marketing team to ensure campaigns are effective and KPI-driven.
Your Skills
* 1-2 years' experience in a customer facing or similar business
* Demonstrated success at selling commercial products, services or subscriptions.
* Knowledge of modern sales methodologies, sales process, and buyer's journey.
*Comfortable networking and presenting (in person and virtually).
* Demonstrate high levels of literacy and numeracy.
* Self-motivated, strong time management, prioritisation and organisational skills and a disciplined work ethic.
* Be personable,have high energy and enthusiasm, a great team player, demonstrate a spirit of cooperation.
