HOME BASED / WORK FROM HOME
UP TO £33,000 + £50,000 OTE
The Opportunity:
We are exclusively working with an industry leading engineering business who is looking to expand their home-based sales team by recruiting an experienced telephonebased SDR with experience in Software / Tech to join their successful and expanding sales team. Our client don't believe in KPIs, they support their sales team to achieve their goals and targets with guidance, coaching and training to give you the tools to self manage your workload and performance without any micro-management! Location: 100% Home Based / Work From Home (Can be based anywhere in the UK)
Package: Up to £33,000 Basic + OTE (£50k uncapped) + Benefits
The Sales Development Representative Role:
* Generating new business leads and opportunities
* Identifying potentialcontracts and using sources such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator to create and contact a list of prospects
* Contacting clients using multiple methods including email, LinkedIn and phone to introduce the company services and products
* Responding to clients who have enquiries about products and services
* Following up on enquiries and other relevant calls with clients
* Updating and maintaining the internal database
* Attending internal & external video meetings when required
The Person:
*Current experienced in an SDR / BDE / Sales Executive / Business Development Executive / Sales Development Rep / Telesales Executive / Appointment Setter / Lead Generator within Software / SAAS / Technology
* A highly motivated individual who is confident, resilient and able to manage their own time effectively
* Must have a proven track record of closing business over the telephone
* A willingness to learn basic engineering concepts
* Computer literate with the ability to pick up new systems
* Excellent communication skills over email, the phone, face to face / Video
