Get Recruited are representing a leading consultancy based in Manchester City Centre who have a fantastic opportunity for an SDR / Sales Development Representative to join their team as they continue to expand. This is a brand new opportunity in the business and you will benefit from extensive training and support, an excellent and highly lucrative commission structure, existing data to contact and long term growth and development!

If you are an experienced SDR, Sales Development Representative, Telesales Executive, New Business Executive, Business Development Executive, Sales Consultant, Sales Executive or have experience in B2B sales, this opportunity is not to be missed!
THE ROLE:
* Actively identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities within the target market.
* Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through various prospecting methods, including cold calling, networking, lead generation and setting appointments.
* Conduct in-depth consultations with potential clientsto understand their HR and employment law needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Develop and nurture long-term relationshipswith existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
* Hit daily KPI's that are set by management.
THE PERSON:
* Experience as a SDR, Sales Development Representative, Telesales Executive, New Business Executive, Business Development Executive, Sales Consultant, Sales Executive or have experience in B2B sales
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with a diverse range of clients.
* Results-driven mindset witha passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Self-motivated and proactive individual who can work independently as well as part of a team.
* Exceptional negotiation skills.
