GREATER LONDON
£40k - £55k (OTE) COMMISSION + BENEFITS
THE OPPORTUNITY:
A highly successful sustainable beverage business in the South East is now looking to grow their Sales Team due to business growth and expansion, this is a great time to join a thriving operator.
You'll be responsible for speaking with (new and existing clients) key independent retailers and wholesalers to ultimately ensure that their product portfolio is stocked. Represent the brand and products at industry events andmeetings.
The successful candidate will have a passion and knowledge of the drinks industry, be enthusiastic and enjoy representing a leading brand, educating and training prospective clients to help grow the business,. You should have experience as aField Sales Executive, Brand Ambassador, Brand Representative, Business Development Executive, Area Sales Manager etc . You willbe a driven and energetic person experienced in sales, who is looking to join a rapidly expanding business where you can fast track your career and be an integral part fo the team.
THE SALES EXECUTIVE ROLE:
* As Sales Executive you will obtaininsight and feedback from customers about new and future products, promotions & opportunities
* Be the face of the company, present a professional and energetic approach,
* Passionate about sales, delivering fantastic service and smashing targets* Communicate all knowledge gained clearly about customers and competitors.
* Provide clear price and margin management withunderstanding of profitability.
* Maximise profitability by selling solutions and value pricing.
* Increase customer knowledge / awareness of our products / solutions through meetings with key decision makers, training and supporting marketing initiatives.
* Attend trade shows and make presentations on innovative solutions both internally and externally
* Travel within theUK as and when required.
THE PERSON:
* Must have current experience in sales, in one of the following positions: Field Sales Executive, Brand Ambassador, Brand Representative, Business Development Executive, Area Sales Manager or similar
* Experience in Consumer Goods, Beverage Industry, Hospitality Sales, space would be an advantage but is by no means essential
* Excellent communicator with a consultative sales approach who is confident in building
