Get Recruited are proud to be supporting a market leading business who work with clients in the UK and internationally. Due to continued growth and success, they are looking for a Sales Executive to join their existing Sales team.The successful candidate needs to approach the challenge with an open and enthusiastic approach and have an analytical and entrepreneurial mindset. The successful candidate will continually build, develop and mine a database of prospective clients, initiating and cultivating these relationships to identify, qualify and progress opportunities. It is an exceptional opportunity for the successful candidate to join at an exciting stage for the business and have the impact of their decisions felt.

The Sales Executive Role:

* Contact prospects regularly through relevant channels, manage ongoing relationships and follow up and secure introductions with clients Converting leads from both marketing campaigns and incoming enquiries into fully qualified leads.* Consulting and pre-sales.
* Manage and maintain the sales pipeline, sales reporting and providing insights back into the business.
* Utilising internal stakeholders to navigate and manage complex sales cycles.
* Working to sales targets and incentives, whilst maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
* Coordinating pitch preparation, including briefings, status meetings with teams, writing proposals and ensuring all deliverables are of the highest quality.
* Build and maintain first-class product, industry, and competitor knowledge.
* Attending client meetings & trade shows when necessary.
* Ensure CRM is up-to-date and accurate at all times (Salesforce).
* Remote working (1 day a month in the office)

The Person:

* Proven success in selling enterprise B2B software, ideally SaaS ERP, Finance, HR, CRM or procurement.
* Oracle experience
* Proven track record of exceeding targets
* Skilled in presenting demos at C- level and managing complex sales cycles.
* Self-starter with high motivation and ambition.
* Ambition to meet targets and build robust client relationships.
* The drive to exceed in a high-growth, SaaS company.
