UP TO £30,500 BASIC + £4800 CAR ALLOWANCE + OTE (45k YEAR 1 UNCAPPED) + BENEFITS
THE COMPANY:
We are currently recruiting for a long-standing successful business that has continued to expand right through the pandemic due to their fantastic positioning within the market.
Due to expansion, they're now seeking a Sales Executive to join the team to seek out new relationships and winnew business. You'll be responsible for delivering the full sales cycle and undertaking the onward account management of the clients you win.
This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Sales Executive who is looking for an opportunity with a forward-thinking business where they can take promotional steps to take on a leadership role in the future.
THE SALES EXECUTIVE POSITION:
* As a Sales Executive, you'll be working within a small successful sales team that is expanding due to growth* Proactively seeking new opportunities through research & sales activities
* Managing a portfolio of existing accounts and winning new business to increase revenue spends
* Booking and attending meeting with clients (not whilst under restrictions)
* Using consultative sales techniques to demonstrate the value add of the company's products & services
* Providing quotations, following up and closing business
* Negotiating new and existing contracts
* Working to and exceeding sales performance goals
* General sales admin such as processing sales and updating the CRM
THE PERSON:
* Current experience of working within a consultative field-based sales / Account Manager / Sales Executive position at SME Level
* Experience of the full sales cycle from Call to Meeting to Close to Account Management
* A proven track record of working to and achieving sales performance targets
* Educated to Degree level with a 2:1 or equivalent is essential
* Full UK Driving Licence & Own Car* Positive individual who is keen to develop their career within sales and undertake leadership positions in future
