THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited is working with a market leading organisation who are located within the Liverpool area. Due to entering anexciting period of growth, they are now seeking a Sales Executive to join their growing team.
The Sales Executive will co-ordinate designated accounts to fill account diaries using Sales techniques. The role holder will develop and maintain positive relationships and match customer and account needs using exclusive and non-exclusive venue/location guidelines to maximise sales.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from a Sales Executive / Business Development / Account Manager / Customer Account Manager / Sales Account Manager or similar role within a Sales environment who wants to join a fast-growing business with a clear career progression path.
THE SALES EXECUTIVE ROLE:
* Lead generation through various canvassing initiatives, recruitment drives, or information passed on from Team members.
* Involvement in the creation of sales pitches for new accounts.
* Cross sell venues and locations, working with other Sales Team members to generate sales.
* Work with Marketing to create and deliver solutions to generate/promote sales.
* Discuss and agree payment terms with customers using pricing guidelines.
* Diarise follow up calls to evaluate venue and customer booking experience and co-ordinate feedback.
* Prepare daily call lists via diarised calls on CRM/Outlook Calendar and emails.
* Regularly check designated account diaries to assess levels of availability and create pipeline.
* Gain any necessary approvals for customer bookings, e.g. licences, leases, applications to trade.* Raise orders for customer to complete using CRM.
* Accurately record all Sales activity on CRM and data cleanse ongoing.* Explore CRM to obtain existing/lapsed customer booking information and use to generate leads.
* Process booking amendmentsand cancellations timely as per account contract terms.
THE PERSON:
* 1+ years Sales experience.
* Excellent Negotiating and closing skills.
* Building rapport and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
* Motivation and ability to work independently.
* Confident and effective communication skills.
* Drive to achieve and exceed targets.
* Problem Solving.
* Microsoft and CRM experience.
