We arecurrently working with a market-leading business who work with some of the biggest companies and brands globally. Due to continued year-on-year success and growth, they are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join their team in Reading.
As aSales Executive you will be developing relationships with senior level decision makers within leading FTSE 100 / Fortune 500 businesses across multiple sectors. You will be working with both existing and new clients to promote the business's services.

THE ROLE:
* Contacting decision makers within FTSE 100 / Fortune 500 businesses
*Using a consultative sales approach to generate interest and build strong relationships with clients
* Attending sales meetings (over video and face to face) to close and build on sales
* Consistently managing a flow of new and existing business
* Building a knowledge of FTSE 100 / Fortune 500 companies and my clients' services to become an 'expert' in your field
* The Trainee Management Consultant position starts working in the office speaking to customers over the phone, building up your knowledge of the services the company provides
* You will be based both in the office and venturing out on consulting opportunities, workshops, training courses and shadowing sales visits to the executives you are speaking with on the phone
* Shadowing and learning from some of the best Consultants, Managers and Directors in the business, working on a one-on-one basis to enhance your skills and experience at every stage of your career
REQUIREMENTS:
* Must have experience within a Sales Advisor / AccountManager / Business Development Executive / Sales Executive / Telesales Executive / Salesperson
* Creative thinking and the ability to seek innovative solutions to complex technical/business problems.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills; the ability to interact effectively with clients and build relationships.
* A high level of confidence and a positive 'can-do'attitude.
* A team-focused attitude, with the ability to confidently carry out projects independently also.
* An aptitudefor hard work and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Flexibility to adapt to change in a fast-moving, project-based consulting environment.
