We're supporting a leading business located in Salisbury who is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Executive to join the team as part of their rapid expansion plans. As a company, they've experience significant growth since their inception and they're continuing to experience year on year growth.
Now is the perfect time to jump on board with this fantastic business as an Inbound Sales Executive where you will be handling enquiries from customers looking to make bookings orcheck availability and pricing,
As a Sales Executive you will be following up on client enquiries over phone and email, sendinformation out to customers, convert sales and process bookings. This would be a fantastic opportunity for a driven and ambitious Graduate or someone from a Sales / Customer Service / Account Manager / Recruitment Consultant / Telesales / Business Development / Estate Agent or similar client facing role who is looking for a new challenge!
THE SALES EXECUTIVE ROLE:
* Following up on client enquiries
* Making calls to clients who have enquired about products and services
* Establishing clients' requirements and needs and giving them relevant information
* Providing clients with pricing and booking
* Building strong relationships with multiple contacts in each business
* Handling all queries from your clients and assisting Key Account Managersin handling queries from their clients
* Ensuring your clients are kept up to date on the status of their queries at all times
* Upselling and cross selling to existing customer to increase revenue
THE PERSON:
* Exposure to sales would be a significant advantage, however, someone with customer contract who has a really positive outgoing attitude would be ideal
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Computer literate with MS Office and other systems
* Driven individualwho loves working to targets and goals
