THE COMPANY
A successful award winning Creative Digital Agency in the North West is lookingto expand their Sales Team, this is a dynamic company with a real family feel. Excellent working environment, everyone pitches in and is very business focussed, clearly working together with the goal of driving the business forward and offering exceptionalsupport and service to clients.
The Sales Executive will focus on new business opportunities in the digital marketing sector, however the right candidate will be supported with fresh, qualified leads and supplementary marketing activity once they arefully trained. In this role, you will develop and maintain your own accounts therefore generating regular compounding commission. You would be involved with projects from inception through to delivery, liaising with the client and associates, contributingideas and developing relationships throughout.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* New Business Development & Prospecting
* Responsible for delivery of marketing strategy, plan and implementation including promotions, budget management, campaign creation, channel management and performance
* Responsible for CRM activity such as welcome programmes, engagement communications etc
* Use digital media to contribute to the successful launch, growing brand awareness and maximizing new customer acquisition within stated budgets
* Manage all aspects of campaign optimisation, including budget management, bidding optimisation, copy & creative management etc
THE PERSON
* Experience working within a Creative Digital Agency or client side
* Experience of afast paced innovative environment
* Technical and analytical mindset along with excellent communication skills
* Great teamplayer
* Strong numeracy skills and the ability to work with large data sets
* Confident in translating complex results andanalysis into easily digestible reports for stakeholders
