Their amazing products have been recognised to solve real challenges for individuals in the community, therefore, whilst this is a sales position, you'll also be delivering solutions that have a real impact.
As part of their growth, they're seeking a ales Executive to join the team, whilstfull training will be given, you'll need to demonstrate that you have natural communication skills with a natural sales ability.THE SALES EXECUTIVE ROLE:
* As a Sales Executive, you'll be working closely with other members of the sales team andthe Sales Director who will work with you closely to train you in the key fundamentals of the role.
* Handling inbound sales enquiries that come into the central inbox
* Arranging a call with the prospect to identify their needs and discuss possible solutions.
* Delivering a consultative and professional solution led sales approach when speaking with prospective clients.
*Negotiating with clients and ensuring good margins are achieved, whilst retaining the client for future business.
* Proactively following up quotes, preparing new quotes and aiming to close the order
* Follow up project leads to identify opportunities.
* Liaising with the Customer Service team to ensure that new customers are onboarded and that they receive a first class after care

THE PERSON:
* A recent University Graduate who is looking to join a companyon a Graduate Trainee program where they can build a successful career in Sales or Business Development or experience within aSales Executive, Business Development Executive, Telesales Executive role
* You'll need to be a driven individual who has theconfidence to instantly build relationships with new people
* An engaging individual who is keen to develop sales skills and advance their career within sales to become a top performer and contributor.
