LUTON - OFFICE BASED
UPTO £26,000 + UNCAPPED COMMISSION + TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited are recruiting on behalf of a well established manufacturing company. Due to continued success they are seeking a Sales Executive to join their busy team. As a Sales Executive the focus will be the business development of the full range of products, as well as building and maintaining excellent customer/supplier relationships with regular communication.
This is a great opportunity for a Sales Executive, Sales Support, Telesales Executive, Business Development Executive, Account Executive or similar.
THE ROLE:
* Excellent telephone manner for making outbound salescalls to fact find, ensure correct contact details & understanding of a client's requirements
* Establish productive andprofessional relationships
* Make appropriate outbound calls to new business prospects
* Taking and following up on inboundsales calls/emails
* Create and maintain all projects within our CRM system
* Assist with email marketing campaigns, websitemanagement and social media presence.
* Identify new business opportunities
* Build up your relevant industry knowledge bykeeping up to date with industry trends.
* Attend client meetings, tradeshows and exhibitions
THE PERSON:
* Excellent communication skills both verbally and numerically with a commercial approach
* Ability to deal with people at all levels of business
* A pleasant, confident telephone manner
* Highly organized
* Motivated and driven to achieve team and individual targets
* Able to develop and sustain positive working relationships with internal and external parties
* Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite of programs
* Driving license
* Occasional travel, off site visits and overnight stays to be expected
