THE OPPORTUNITY:Get Recruited are recruiting on behalf of a highly reputable successful business. The client is seeking a Sales Manager to join the team where they will take responsibility for the Sales Representatives and continue to manage and maintain current business relationships.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is from a Sales Manager, Senior Sales Manager, Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Team Leader, Team Manager or similar type of role within the Agriculture industry.
THE ROLE:
* Youwill be responsible for 5 sales representatives and support other sales representatives across different departments.
* Conduct weekly 1-1's with reps as well as hold monthly and quarterly sales meetings to ensure new product training, discuss any challenges and provide general support and learning.
* Provide Key Account Management to existing businesses, maintaining strong relationships while growing sales.
* Be a team leader providing support at all levels.
* Become an expert on product range.* Build up your relevant industry knowledge by keeping up to date with industry trends.
THE PERSON:
* Experience within Farming, Agriculture or similar is extremely important.
* Strong sales management experience.
* Be able to maintain and buildstrong relationships with clients and team members.
* Sales experience selling products.
* Driven, motivated individual.* Strong organisation skills.
