LONDON
UP TO £45,000 PER ANNUM + £80K+ OTE + STRONG PROGRESSION + LUCRATIVE BENEFITS
SALES MANAGER - THE OPPORTUNITY:
Due to growth of the business I am currently recruiting for my client based in London for a Sales Manager to join them on a full time, permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a luxurious spirits brand whose customers are the likes of Harvey Nichols, John Lewis, Claridges, The Dorchester, The Berkeley, Tesco stores and many more!
My client is at a pinnacle point within their business and this unique role will be a huge part of their future growth plans! If you come from a Spirits/Beverages background and you have a creative flair, this role could be perfect for you. You will be working alongside a passionate, genuine and inspiring team. You will have the opportunity to make the role your own, develop a UK Sales Strategy and build your own team around you.
SALES MANAGER - RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Identify andsecure new customer listings
* Manage relationships across on-trade, off-trade and wholesaler customer base
* Manage monthlysales forecasting in an accurate & timely way
* Ensure the rest of the team are always fully aware of volume changes andupcoming opportunities
* Plan and execute events working alongside the Brand Ambassador
SALES MANAGER - THE PERSON:
* At least three to five years' experience in FMCG sales, ideally with some spirits/alcohol experience
* Skilled in proactively managing the sales process from opportunity identification through to agreeing and closing deals
* Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership
* Strong negotiation/influencing skills
* Able to manage multiple projects for different clients/stakeholders concurrently both internally and externally
* Confidently lead creds presentations and pitches for business and conductface to face meetings with prospective clients
* Be a high energy self-starter as well as a true team player
* Possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Have strong prioritising, planning and organisational skills
* Demonstrate exceptional 'Can Do' attitude and ability to overcome obstacles
* As comfortable in field sales as developing national accounts
* Hold a UK full clean driving license
