SALES MANAGER
LOCATION - North West (flexible)
SALARY - £35K + depending on experience (OTE £50K)
My client are currently recruiting for a Sales Manager with knowledge/experience of the Lift/Disabled Access industry.
This is a 12 month contract initiallywith an opportunity to renew at term.
Responsibilities
* Develop and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities.
* Deliver on-target monthly sales at target margin
* Deliver annual target market &/or market share growth for the territory
*Understand and adhere to the sales management process
* Participate proactively in region strategy, planning and review discussions
* Develop and implement a territory Sales strategy and tactical plan aligned to the regional business plan
Candidatemust
* Be able to communicate well with both private and public sector.
* Have industry knowledge
* Be able to understand CAD drawings
* Have clean UK driving licence
* Be willing to travel and stay away overnight if necessary
* Be motivatedto develop a sales team
* Have a positive attitude
Experience in project management would be an advantage but a willingness to learn and grow will be welcomed.
