My client is an award-winning technology company who is looking for atalented Technology Deputy Team Leader, Team
Leader or Sales Manager to join their growing team.
Reporting to our Head of UKSales, you will be working in a high performing, fast paced environment whilst leading and inspiring your team of New BusinessAccount Managers. In turn, your team will be developing new business opportunities from their parent company data base, their database, self-generation, referrals and by networking with companies they already know or in neighbouring areas.
Sales ManagerResponsibilities
* Lead, inspire and support a small team of New Business Account Managers
* Identify training needs andknowledge gaps, working with your team to overcome barriers to sales
* Coach team members on the best ways to carry out theirduties by transferring expert knowledge to boost their new business skills
* Work closely with other Senior Sales Managers across the department to ensure collaborative success
* Achieve monthly and quarterly targets by maximising all opportunities
*Keep up to date with technological developments to ensure you're able to advise your team on the latest trends to give them a competitive edge
Sales Manager Requirements
* Been a deputy team leader, team leader or sales manager
