THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing family run Law Firm who are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join them as they continue to expand. As the Sales Manager, you will work closely with their existing team to coach and develop them and drive business growth. This is a fantasticopportunity for an experienced Sales Manager, Telesales Manager, Sales Team Leader or someone from a similar Sales background with experience in managing a team.
SALES MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Managing the Sales team to help achieve sales targets* Develop and implement Sales plans to expand customer base and drive growth and KPIs
* Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement
* Provide training to team members to improve skills and product knowledge
* Prepare regular reports on sales performance to feedback to the board
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
* Experience managinga B2B or B2C sales team
* Experience making outbound calls
* Excellent communication skills
* Results-driven with a trackrecord of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
