THE OPPORTUNITY
We're recruiting on behalf of a leading marketing agency who is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join their successful team. As a business, they have worked with some of the most recognised brands in the world and they continue to attract these big names due to the quality results that they deliver.
As a Senior Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing one of the companies most established relationships, along with a small number of high lucrativeaccounts.
This is a great opportunity for an individual who is at Account Manager level looking for the next step, or someone who is already operating at Senior Account Manager level.
THE ROLE
* As a Senior Account Manager, you'll be working with existing business customers to ensure that service levels are achieved and that strong relationships are built.
* Responsible for account management, ensuring that client accounts are maintained.
* Sending emails and letters daily.
* Taking clientbriefs and communicating them to the marketing team.
* Preparing and presenting presentations.
* Ensuring that project deadlines and budgets are met.
* Managing budgets.
* Client reviews; report on work/campaign performance and KPI'S.
* Acting as the first point of contact for clients and handling enquiries.
* Developing timing plans.
* Creating, launching and driving projects to completion.
THE PERSON
* The successful candidate must have previous experience working within an agency.
* Broad knowledge and high standard of online and offline marketing channels.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A resilient highly driven individual who is career focused.
* Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
* Be creative thinking and have a great eye for detail.
