THE OPPORTUNITY:
We're proud to be exclusively supporting a Global business located in Hammersmith who is seeking to expand their team and recruit a Senior CRM Manager to join the team.
As a CRM Manager, you'll be responsible for the management of a small team of CRM Executive's, creating theCRM strategy and ensuring the execution. You'll be driving both UK & International Email activity and App push notificationsto drive brand awareness, traffic and revenue.

THE SENIOR CRM MANAGER ROLE:
* As the Senior CRM Manager, you'll be responsible for the management of the existing team
* Planning and execution of the email campaign activity andusing push technology to drive brand awareness, traffic and revenue
* Collaborating with the key internal departmental stakeholders to define content and to ensure business wide goals are achieved
* Monitoring of campaign performance and ensuring key engagement goals and ROI is achievement
* Implement effective A/B testing on sending, copy, audience etc.
* Conducting CRM customer segmentation and customer behaviour to ensure the success of future campaigns
* Researching and introducing new technologies and AI to improve targeting
THE PERSON
* Educated to degree level or equivalent, ideally in Marketing
* Experience in a CRM Manager or Head of CRM position (Or similar) is essential
* Strong experience of producing and executing CRM Strategies
* Good experience with Bulk Email providers and CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
* An excellent communicator who is ableto build effective relationships internally and externally
