UP TO £50,000 + BENEFITS
THE COMPANY:
We're exclusively recruiting on behalf of a highly success company that has a strong onlinepresence and due to growth, they're looking to recruit an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Executive.
As a Senior DigitalMarketing Executive, you'll be working closely within the Chief Marketing Officer in all areas of marketing and whilst the rolewill be predominantly digital marketing, you'll also get involved which in some traditional marketing too.
You'll get involved in supporting the Chief Marketing Officer with the creation of the marketing strategy and play a key role in the execution ofthe marketing plan, including creating marketing campaigns and analysing the results.

THE SENIOR DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVEROLE:
* As the Senior Digital Marketing Executive / Digital Marketing Manager, you'll be working closely with the CMO to create & execute marketing strategies which are focused on driving web traffic, lead enquiries and brand awareness
* Utilising the CRM effectively to create email and push campaigns, using automation where possible
* Creating effective email marketingcampaigns including written content and automating sequences and analysing campaign success
* Executing an organic/paid social media strategy, producing written content and ensuring good CTA to drive both brand awareness and potential leads
* Workingclosely with external design agencies to create online and offline collateral, setting briefs and managing the projects
* Continually monitoring campaign performance, evaluating performance of the marketing funnel and making adjustments to make improvement in conversions
* Responsible for copywriting and content marketing activities
* Managing key marketing projects and collaborating with key department heads to ensure strong communication throughout the business
* Attending internal brainstorming meetings to introduce marketing initiatives into the mix
THE PERSON:
* Must have experience in a Digital Marketing Executive, Senior Digital Marketing Executive or Digital Marketing Manager position, or similar
* Excellent spelling and grammar skills are essential
* Good experience of planning marketing campaigns, including, Email Marketing, Social Media, Content Marketing
* Any experience of performance marketing using Paid channels, such as Google AdWords or Paid Social, would be a significantadvantage but not essential
