An exceptional and experienced Senior Marketing and Events Manager with a minimum of 10 years' experience is required for our client, anot-for-profit organisation focused on developing the blockchain/DLT ecosystem. * Execute and improve the organisation's marketing strategy
* Lead content-creation for the organisation's website, blogs, social media posts, press releases and events
* Organise high-profile events for the board* Support other department heads with streamlining and improving event organisation practices
* Encourage community engagement and activity promotion on the organisation's channels
* Launch and manage program campaigns on social media
* Coordinate designers for the creation and distribution of online and offline content, coordinate marketing and operations staff, work in synchrony with the event manager and PR agency
* Interface with the product and business development team with regards to the strategy, design, launch and marketing of the organisation's products and tools;
* Generate leads for the placement and sales ofthe organisation's products, tools, datasets and indexes
* Prepare and proofread all public-facing materials
What YouWill Need to Succeed In This Role
* Knowledge of and passion for the blockchain industry
* Experience writing blogs and social media content
* Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar role
* Experience with SEO
* Experience posting on technology and academic research-related topics
* Experience with marketing at academic and industry-related audiences
