LONDON (HYBRID 3 DAYS OFFICE / 2 DAYS REMOTE)
£41,500 + BENEFITS
12 MONTHFIXED TERM CONTRACT / EXTENDABLE
THE COMPANY:
We're working closely with a highly successful and reputable hotel chain who is looking to recruit a Senior Marketing Executive on a Fixed Term Contract, initially for 12 months but has the possibilityof extension and maybe moving to permanent.
As a Senior Marketing Executive, you'll be responsible for both the strategy planning and delivery of the marketing objectives for the region and a portfolio of hotels.

THE SENIOR MARKETING EXECUTIVE ROLE:
* Responsible for managing the segment strategy and planning
* Delivering on the short-term brand strategy for the segment and ensuring that business KPI's are identified and achieved
* Develop marketing plans to aligned with promotion, program, people, product and design
* Support brand managers with Social and Influencer content, and the PR Calendar* Support in market and communicate with local market using paid, owned and earned content
* Deliver on guest experience brand program frameworks, pillars and touchpoints to grow RPS
* Manage strategies to simplify brand standards and drive product evolution
* Be the "on the ground" intel gatherer for the brand for key projects/local rules and regulations
* Be the 'visible' Marketing champion for your market internally
* Establish strong collaborative and influential working relationships with Operational Directors and Hotel GM's in market
THE PERSON:
* Must have marketing experience as either a Senior Marketing Executive or Marketing Manager within the Hotel Industry
* Experience of contributing to and/or setting marketing strategies
*Commercially minded
* Experience of multi-channel marketing, including Social, Content, Influencer Marketing and PR
