THE OPPORTUNITY:Get Recruited is exclusively recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing business going through an exciting period of expansion. Their continued success means they now require an experienced Senior Marketing Executive or Digital Marketing Executive looking to take the next step in their career.
As the Senior Marketing Executive you will be responsible for creating, executing and overseeing the full digital marketing strategy including managing agency relationships and performance. If you are an outgoing and ambitious individual from a Digital Marketing background this is a rare opportunity not to be missed!
RESPONSIBILITIES:* Create and develop a digital marketing strategy for the business
* Develop and implement SEO and PPC strategies
* Work with and manage agencies to improve performance across SEO and PPC
* Create engaging content for the company website, social accounts and e-marketing
* Working closely with the sales team to increase leads and conversion from Digital Marketing
* Regularly updating and maintaining the website
* Maximising conversion on data created from SEO and PPC campaigns
* Developing anE-Marketing and CRM marketing calendar
* Drive email and social media marketing campaigns and deliver on success
* Forecasting growth and measuring ROI
* Create and manage link building strategies and content marketing strategies
* Innovate and present new marketing platforms and strategies
* Monitor and analyse key competitors and staying up to date with latest trends the sector to implement into current campaigns
* On a long term basis, grow a Digital Marketing team
THE PERSON:
* At least 3 years' experience in a digital marketing role
* Educated to degree level (2:1 of higher) within a relevant degree
* Experienced in delivering leads from marketing activity
* Strong knowledge of improving conversion and ROI
* Excellent contentmarketing skills
* Strong knowledge of SEO and PPC
* Self-motivated and able to work autonomously or as part of a team
* Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail
