Get Recruited are proud to be recruiting for a rapidly expanding B Corp in the heart of London who are looking to expand their creative marketing team with an experienced Senior Marketing Executive. As the Senior Marketing Executive you will have hands on involvement in the day to day running of marketing activity across all channels and platforms including web content, social media, newsletters, blogs and articles, podcasts, internal communications and events. With the support of a Marketing Assistant, you will be creatingon-brand and engaging content for multichannel campaigns, you will also contribute to the marketing strategy and drive brand awareness and business growth.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and ambitious Senior Marketing Executive / Marketing and Communications Executive / Marketing Account Manager / Marketing Executive / Marketing Manager who is looking to join a growing team of likeminded individual.
THE SENIOR MARKETING EXECUTIVE ROLE:
* Working alongside the Head of Marketing to implement the marketing plan and strategy to drive business growth
* Continuously improving the website feel and content by implementing new ideas to keep the site exciting and engaging to various audiences
* Alongside the Marketing Assistant you will deliver the content calendar for social media and ensure that engagement remains high with the right audience
* Monitoring engagement, comments and interaction on social channels
* Drafting communications on a regular basis including newsletters, boardreports, business updates etc
* Assisting with the planning and promoting of events and conferences
* Completing award submissions
* Managing the relationship with the PR agency and ensuring their activity is on-brand
* Analyse the content performance across all platforms and using insights to improve future activity and content
* Monitoring trends in the market across all channels
THE PERSON:
* Must have experience in a in a Senior Marketing Executive / Marketing and Communications Executive / Marketing Account Manager / Marketing Executive / Marketing Manager or similar role
* Have worked within a full marketingmix role
* Confident to write engaging multi channel content
* Able to work collaboratively and independently
* Commercially minded with a drive to bring new ideas, test new strategy and continuously improve marketing & communications
