SENIOR MARKETING EXECUTIVE
EDINBURGH - HYBRID WORKING
UPTO £38,500 + BONUS + GREAT BENEFITS
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited are recruiting on behalf of a top tier education supplier who are seeking a results driven, talented marketing professional to join their team. You will take ownership of campaigns and budgets, shaping and executing marketing strategies and will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and design.This is a great opportunity for someone who is a Senior Marketing Executive looking for their next step up in their career and who has a strategic mindset and a track record of successful marketing campaigns.
THE ROLE:
* Lead and mentor 2 marketing professionals to achieve departmental objectives.
* Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with company goals and product launches.
* Create and oversee digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, SEO,and SEM.
* Manage the production of marketing materials, ensuring consistent messaging and branding.
* Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities.
* Collaborate with sales teams to provide marketing support and to develop messaging and target segments, using a CRM effectively.
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to deliver timely and effective marketing plans.
* Utilise data-driven insights to optimise campaign performance and ROI.
THE PERSON:
* Experience within the EdTech Industry.
* Must have 2 years plus experience within a Senior Marketing Executive, Marketing Executive, Marketing Manager or similar role.
* Exceptional communication and leadershipskills.
* Analytical mindset strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
* Creative thinker with a trackrecord of developing successful campaigns.
* Be confident to speak with key stakeholders, external agencies and internal teams.
* Be able to set marketing plans and have experience managing budgets.
