THE OPPORTUNITY
Get Recruited are recruiting on behalf of a highly reputable company within the legal services sector. They are lookingfor an individual who can deliver high volume sales, work at a fast pace and achieve targets with a vision of growing their ownsales team! Being highly motivated and target driven is extremely important, you'll focus on building and maintaining customerrelationships as well as converting leads into new business and exceeding sales targets.
This is a great opportunity for someone from a Sales Executive, Senior Sales Executive, Sales Manager role who is looking to take the next step up in their career and grow their own sales team!
THE ROLE:
* No cold calls, you will be building long-lasting and meaningful client relationships through existing relationships and leads.
* Building rapport with clients to ensure you are helping them to achieve their end goals.
* Effectively qualifying calls and leads.
* Dealing with a high volume of outbound and inbound customer calls* Meet and exceed sales targets and KPI's
THE PERSON:
* Previous experience working in a target driven sales role, where you deal with customers over the phone
* Must have experience within a Sales Executive/Sales Manager/Senior Sales Executive/Head of Sales role
* Must have a proven track record of achieving sales targets
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
* Self-motivated and driven to succeed
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong organisation and time management skills
