My client is looking for a driven and ambitious sales person to help build up their unique PaaS offering into the general Enterprise area. My clients are a British start-up whom we (Concept) have helped grow from 70 people up to 110 in the space of 2 years.

We are looking for someone to grow the sales business in this area as quickly as possible, is this you?What you will be doing
They are looking for a sales person to come and work in a hybrid role , you will be given a couple of key accounts to grow and upsell and cross sell into, the rest of your time will be spent hunting for new business. My client boast key wins like Morrisons , The FA , KPMG , PWC, JLR as clients and one or two of these may be allocated. The split genuinelywould be 50:50 in terms of new business: Day to Day responsibilities include:
* Be the sales & lead specialist in cloud/managed services
* Be self-motivated and proactive in your approach to generate business
* Proactively generate, qualify and close new business within the existing customer base as well as new customer acquisition.
* Closely work with a variety of teams including Solutions Leads, Project Management, Operations, Service Transition, Platform Engineering.
* Be able to travelas required by the business
* Be required to generate proposals built and focused around identified business needs.
* Be required to support the project and transition teams during on boarding
* Deliver presentations internally and externally regarding the Cloud and Managed Services value proposition
* Deliver target GM against an annual target set by the business tracked on a quarterly basis
What you'll need
The RSM will be key in driving business growth for my client as such must have pastexperience in selling IT Services/Software. The successful candidate must also have.
* A valid UK driving licence
* Be commutable to Swindon
* Be eligible to work in the UK
* Proven track record of achievement against target
* AoV- £250-400K* Typical annual target of £1.5M

Circa £75-100K basic + 50-60% OTE + Bens
