A Short Term Rental Property Manager is sought by an expanding, well established Property Company in Gibraltar. The candidate will be entrepreneurial and eager to work and grow professionally, financial rewards will be forth coming on success. Some prior experience in this sector or in hotel industry would be useful for this Short Term Rental Property Manager. If you are detail orientated and target driven, you will definitely enjoy this challenge.

What You Will Be Doing
*
Planning and monitoring the day-to-day running of each stay to ensure smooth transitions between each guest.
*
Liaising with owners to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals.
*
Managing the online presence of the property through websites such as Airbnb, booking.com, Home Away and Guesty.
*Responding to guest inquiries about properties and booking reservations.
*
Preparing marketing materials such as brochures and fliers to promote the property to potential renters.
*
Overseeing maintenance staff to ensure that all repairs arecompleted in a timely manner.
*
Managing a team of employees who perform tasks such as cleaning, laundry services and maintenance work.
*
Regularly physically visiting the portfolio of properties to administer condition and other reports.
*Oversee monthly accounting and statements for each property.
*
Evaluate the overall performance of each property by gathering, analysing and interpreting data and metrics.
*
Ordering of supplies which need re-stocking.
*
Day-to-day operations and admin.
*
Liaising with guests and guest enquiries.
*
Sales/sign up new customers.
*
Documenting and enhancing the client's processes internally.
*
Troubleshooting and resolving problem.
What You Will Need to Succeed In This Role

Excellent problem-solving, process improvement and organizational skills.
*
Outstanding communication and people skills.
*
Business degree or fluent in business concepts.
*
Experience in the short-term rental market or hotel industry is ideal.
*
Excellent organisational, oral and written communication skills.

Researching and contacting potential leads.
*
