SHOWROOM SALES MANAGER
LONDON
UPTO £45,000 + £60,000 OTE + EXCELLENT BENEFITS
THE OPPORTUNITY:
As a Showroom Manager you will manage a showroom ensuring it is clean and well organised while maintaining showroom samples and making sure they are up todate and welcoming clients and providing excellent customer service. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a growing and exciting company within the interior design sector industry. You will have the opportunity to work with someof the best architectural firms.
THE ROLE:
* Manage day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring a clean, well-organised, and inviting environment that showcases our products and services.
* Maintaining showroom samples and displays including restocking samples and unpacking sample deliveries.
* Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor products, and market developments to offer a competitive edge and provide clients with the latest design options.
* Growing the brand and building onthe company profile with architects and designers.
* Occasionally managing monthly events with the sales team.
* Assist withthe creation, organisation, and execution of showroom events.
* Answering phone calls and emails, dealing with order status and queries.
* Initially shadowing sales team, gaining product knowledge, learning how to present the product range to architects and designers.
* Assisting sales team with client requests.
* Generating new business.
THE PERSON:
* This is a great role for someone with experience in a Sales/Showroom Sales/Retail Sales/Face to Face sales/ Showroom Manager role.
* Comfortable communicating and liaising with Architects & Interior Designers.
* Proven experience in showroom management, preferably within the interior design industry.
* Experience in showroom sales, retail sales, or a similar customer-facing role wouldbe a bonus.
* Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within ateam.
* Strong passion for sales and interior design.
