THE OPPORTUNITY:
We're working closely with a fast paced and fast-growing business that's about to take the world by storm as they embark on their global expansion strategy. Last year they grew by over 70% and this is set to increase further as they take the next steps in their growth plan.
As part of their expansion plans, they're looking to recruit a Social Media Executive to join the Marketing team to focus on their Business-to-Business Social Media presence. You'll be taking responsibility of the management of their community via both Linkedin and Twitter, therefore, you'll need to have used these platforms whether that be in a dedicated SocialMedia Executive position or as part of a wider marketing role.

* As the Social Media Executive, you'll be working within a Small but expanding marketing team which form part of this great business
* Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
* Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals using both LinkedIn and Twitter
* Set specific objectivesand report on ROI
* Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)* Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
* Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
* Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
* Oversee social media accounts' design (e.g. profile pictures and blog layout)
* Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness
* Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
* Brief externalSocial Media agencies on paid content and manage the budget
* Highlight and tag key conversation opportunities for our Boardand Sales Teams
THE PERSON:
* Must have experience of Business to Business Social Media, whether that be in a Social Media Executive position (or similar) or as part of a wider marketing position
* Experience of organic social media management ofboth LinkedIn and Twitter is essential
* Hands on experience in content management
* Excellent copywriting skills
* Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
* BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field (desirable)
