You'll be responsible for managing the businessesonline Business to Consumer presence with a focus of promoting the brand, building brand loyalty, website traffic and winning business from new & existing customers.
This role requires an 'Idea's Person' who is able to plan, create and executive social media campaigns with original content that appeals to their already huge audience.

THE SOCIAL MEDIA EXECUTIVE ROLE:
* Working as a Social Media Executive as part of the wider marketing team
* Responsible forcontent creation and execution of successful Social Media campaigns using platforms such as; TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter
* Creating engaging, fun, positive and uplifting content
* Driving the online digital footprint of the business via social media, growing social following and engagement
* Creating campaigns to raise the brands profile, increase brand loyalty, website traffic and customer orders
* Be in touch with emerging trends and reacting with well thought out relevant content
* Working with other members of the marketing team to drive Social Media strategy
* Design sequences of posts to get your audiencewanting more and to create excitement around the brand and products
* Monitoring results of posts and campaigns, ensuring that key goals are being achieved and sharing insights with the marketing team
* Facilitating conversations on Social Media usingthe brand tone and humour
* Collating and using photo and video products
* Building relationships with key other brands andinfluencers
* Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics
* Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers
* Viral marketing - jump on social media trends and create our own.
THE PERSON
* Experienced in creating and planning content for B2C Social Media Platforms, either in a Social Media Executive position or similar
* Experience of using platforms such as; Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and TikTok
* You need to be an imaginative ideas person able to translate them into campaigns
* Able to work independently and be confident to create content
* Excellent presentation skills to be able to communicate your ideas clearly
* The capacity to be reactive to trends in a speedy fashion.
* Knowledge of influencers and how to build working relationships with them.
