Social Media Marketing Manager | Competitive | On Demand | Gibraltar
The Role
SRGEurope are working with one of the fastest growing start-ups in Gibraltar, to recruit a talented Social Media Marketing Manager. This position will be based in our clients' fantastic new Gibraltar offices where you will be working as part of a tight-knit creative team and using your experience to develop marketing strategies to enhance the brand, and build strong online social communities.
Our clients are a newly formedmobile first brand, within the On-Demand sector, and are expanding into the Spanish markets throughout 2021. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, with a start-up mentality and where your input and creativity is valued then this could be the opportunity for you.
You will need to be a Spanish speaker with an eye on the latest social media marketing and cultural trends in Spain, and have a background in Online Gaming or a similar fast paced e-Commerce environment.

What you will be doing:
* Working closely with the Marketing, Development and Creative teams to develop Social Media and Marketing strategies, that will help to maximise growthopportunities in the Spanish region
* Analysing the long-term needs of the brands social media marketing strategy in Spain and creating reports for the key stakeholders, outlining any necessary changes to the digital marketing plan
* Developing andcreating Social Media, Email and Digital content, that will engage users and create an interactive relationship between consumers, clients and the brand
* Keeping up to date with the latest Online and Social marketing trends and initiatives within theSpain region
The Essentials:
* 3+ Years' experience in a similar Social Media Marketing senior role within e-Commerce, Online Gaming or similar
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in Spanish and English and a thorough knowledge of cultural marketing trends within Spain
* You will definitely need to be expert level with all Social Media marketing platforms, along with Google Ads and Apple ads.
* Experience of working with budgets and creating marketing strategies and plans within a fast-paced hands-on environment
