Get Recruited are proudly recruiting for a growing business in London who are looking for a Social Media Strategist to work with highly successful Global household name brands. As the Social Media Strategist you will work with these brandsand the Social Media team to consult on their social media strategy and ensure they are ahead of the curb and achieve their social media marketing goals.
This would be a fantastic opportunity for someone from a Social Media Strategist / Senior Social Media Executive/ Social Media Manager/ Marketing Executive / Marketing Assistant / Marketing Coordinator / Digital Marketing Executive / Digital Marketing Assistant / Digital Marketing Coordinator who is used to working with large brands in a fast-paced environment.
THE ROLE:
* Working alongside clients to understand their needs, taking briefs from clients, creating anddelivering a social media plan for them, reporting back to client and managing their expectations.
* Managing and leading thesocial media team, including developing team members and insuring they deliver projects on time and on budget.
* Manage socialmedia channels.
* Implement strategic social media marketing plans daily.
* Create and manage content across all platforms.* To support the marketing department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of marketing programs such asemail, social media & content marketing.
* Interacting with clients daily, updating on projects and new developments in social and related areas.
* Analysing and giving insight on campaigns to deliver improvements for future.
* Creating dashboardand reporting tools to increase insight on campaigns and sharing this information with the team and clients to improve future campaigns.
* Attending regular client meetings to pitch social plans, close new client business and manage client relationshipsand satisfaction
THE PERSON:
* Must have experience in a Social Media Strategist / Senior Social Media Executive/ SocialMedia Manager/ Marketing Executive / Marketing Assistant / Marketing Coordinator / Digital Marketing Executive / Digital Marketing Assistant / Digital Marketing Coordinator
* Good knowledge using Word, Excel and Powerpoint
* Performance marketing knowledge across all organic and paid biddable channels including Paid Social, PPC, Display, SEO etc.
* Strong communication and creative skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and highly organised with strong project management skills.
