Our client is a market-leading Agri Media organisation in Ireland and the UK, working with innovative and progressive companies in the Rural and Agricultural sectors. To support our clients ambitious strategic growth plans and take advantage of substantial new commercial opportunities available to them; we are now inviting applications for an inside 'Telesales Executive' tojoin the team.

Key responsibilities:

You will be responsible for selling our client's bespoke media solutions, converting them to sales leads, upselling them to the best product plan that suits their needs and delivering a "best in class" experience to our clients customers, following through on the happiness they promise.



Candidate Profile

Indeed, Youwill have a demonstrated sales experience in an account manager, inside sales commercial type related role. Strong on the phoneselling would be desirable. You will also have proven experience working in a target and results driven environment.



Your key responsibilities will include:

* Proactively call customer sales leads to upsell them our client's services, ensuring a high sales conversion rate which leads to active customers (assisted sales)
* Identify further opportunities for growing advertising revenue across all platforms
* Provide a timely response to sales requests, supporting customers with our clients service offering and exceptions handling, ensuring a high sales conversion rate (and repeat business)
* Proactively provide outbound and inbound assistance to customers during the critical on-boarding phase, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction* Negotiate pricing and work with our clients customers to create a long-term partnership approach.
* Ensure that each interaction with a customer maximises the value of our clients services, delivering on the service and brand promise. This is a critical responsibility to ensure engaged customer experience, sales-conversion and retention/repeat business.
* From time to time,to deliver best in class customer support, taking ownership and resolving customer support queries in a friendly, professional and efficient manner via phone, email, online chat or any other means of communication as may be required.
* Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets across various service platforms
* Work with your team and manager to support an inspiring environment culture where the customer experience is at the heart of everything we do.
* Work with key stakeholders (departments) within the company to constantly improve the end-to-end customer experience
* Assist with preparation for major shows and attend events in Ireland and abroad to educate future and current customers about our clients services and grow our customer base.



Candidate Requirements:

* Person with previous experience working in a sales driven environment into Ireland &the UK, possessing strong sales skills to up-sell leads and win new business
* Person with experience from a farming/media background has an advantage (however not essential), that said full product training will be provided to successful candidate
*Is a people person with excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills
* Person who is open, good listener andis keen to learn new things
* A proactive organised person with excellent time management skills and can work as part of a team and on their own initiative
* Strong attention to detail and can deliver a 'best-in-class' sales and support customer experience
* Strategic Thinker with an appetite to learn
* Has strong systems knowledge (CRM) and is adept in using multiple systems and following processes.
