THE OPPORTUNITY:
We're proud to be exclusively supporting a highly successful multi-million-pound business that is set to double in size in the next 3 years due high-quality productsand their constant focus on new product development.
As a result, they've been specified as the supplier of choice by some of the most well-known business in the UK and Internationally. As part of their strategic growth plans, they're now seeking an experienced Telesales Executive to join the team.
For the first 12 months, you'll be focused on lead generation and appointmentsetting with key decision makers of multi-million-pound construction projects, but also have a clear progression path to gradually evolve to running the full sales cycle and taking a step into a field-based Business Development Manager.
The successfulcandidate WON'T be expected to make 100's of calls per day, instead you'll be focused on taking a strategic sales approach usinga combination of Telesales, Email and LinkedIn messaging.
This role will suit an experienced Telesales Executive from a Business-to-Business background who is passionate about building a long term career in sales.
THE PERSON:
* You'll need to have experience in one of the following sales positions within a Business-to-Business sales environment; Telesales Executive, Telemarketing Executive, Internal Sales Executive, Appointment Setting, Lead Generation, Business Development Executive or similar* An excellent communicator who is able to professionally engage with high level decision makers within large businesses
* Able to produce well written sales emails and LinkedIn messages
* A driven individual who is looking for a serious opportunity in sales where the individual can develop into a full cycle business development manager in the future
