TELESALES EXECUTIVE
MANCHESTER
UPTO £25,000 + £60,000 OTE + PROGRESSION
As a B2B Telesales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships. You will be responsible for promoting HR and Employment Law Consultancy services directly to businesses in need of professional supportin navigating the complex world of HR and employment regulations.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly motivated sales professional with a passion for driving business success.
THE ROLE:
* Actively identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities within the target market.
* Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through various prospecting methods,including cold calling, networking, lead generation and setting appointments.
* Conduct in-depth consultations with potentialclients to understand their HR and employment law needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
* Hit daily KPI's that are set by management.
THE PERSON:
* Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the HR, legal, or professional services sector.
* Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with a diverse range of clients.
* Results-driven mindset with a passion formeeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Self-motivated and proactive individual who can work independently as well as part ofa team.
* Exceptional negotiation skills.
