Description:

Our client, an innovator in electric heating systems, is seeking to hire an experienced Territory Sales Manager to join their Dublin team on a permanent basis.

Thisrole is offered as hybrid.

About the role:
You will design and build the Ireland sales operation from scratch, selling unbeatable next generation 'smart' systems to specifiers, developers and end users and then develop it long-term. You will demonstrate a new wave of products that combine stylish design with ingenious engineering to make 'electric' a compelling option once again. As a leading force within the team, you will aid in strengthening the organisation's international position as a leading electric heating manufacturer. This will include working towards ambitious targets with the wider sales team with the aim to succeedtogether.

What you will do:
Establish and lead sales within the Ireland market
Manage all aspects of customer relationships within your geographical area
Be a solutions seller - feeding back requirements to the technical team, both to meet the customer needs and pursue interesting new product developments
Promote their unique products as product champion across the group, to actively network and liaise closely with all relevant departments to increase awareness, build understanding and secure commitment from colleagues to facilitate growth
Gain and maintain industry knowledge to the best standards
Work pro-actively with the National Sales Manager and UK/Ireland teams
Weekly and monthly reporting directly to the board
Embrace the values of the business and become a brand ambassador

What you will need:
Solid experience of selling technical products or systems to a varied trade market.
IT literate, ie: Outlook, Microsoft, CRM experience.
A driven mindset with strong customer service and salesskills.
Excellent verbal and written communication and a confident presenter.
Great relationship building qualities and the ability to develop trust quickly.
Passion for selling and promoting our unique products.
Enthusiastic can-do attitude
Self-driven with high accountability.
Ability to plan and show a clear understanding of business goals.
Proven networking and negotiation skills.
Full, clean drivers' license
Ability to travel to the UK for initial training and potential requirement to attend UK base for meetings/events where necessary.
