Trade CounterAssistant (Electrical)
Our client is seeking a motivated individual to assist them with the day-to-day running of their trade counter based in Navan Co. Meath.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to sales enquiries via phone or in person, offering advice, information, and quotations.
* Ensure the highest level of customer service by promoting alternative products, up-selling, and cross-selling.
* Stay updated on product knowledge, branch costs, and targets.
* Process and fulfil customer ordersefficiently.
* Loading and unloading of delivery vehicles.
* Picking and packing orders.
* Using the forklift safely.Experience:
* Previous Trade Counter/Internal Sales in Construction/Electrical or similar industry
* Electrical wholesaleexperience or electrical products is highly desirable.
* Forklift operation experience - and a strong understanding of lid licences are preferred however
* A full clean Irish driving licence is required to cover the van delivery driver on occasion ofholidays or sickness.
