Trade Counter Assistant (Electrical)
Navan, Co. Meath
Package:
* Salary: €33-34k per annum
* Hours: M-F 8-5 and working every 2nd or 3rd Saturday morning (with time off in Lieu provided)
* 22 days holidays + bank holidays
* Family health insurance contribution (up to €750)
* Matched pension up to 3%
Responsibilities:
* Respond to sales enquiries via phone or in person, offering advice, information, and quotations.
* Ensure the highest level of customer service by promoting alternative products, up-selling, and cross-selling.
* Stay updated on product knowledge, branch costs, and targets.
* Processand fulfil customer orders efficiently.
* Loading and unloading of delivery vehicles.
* Picking and packing orders.
* Using the forklift safely.
Experience:
* Previous Trade Counter/Internal Sales in Construction/Electrical or similar industry
* Electrical wholesale experience or electrical products is highly desirable.
* Forklift operation experience - and a strong understanding of lid licences are preferred however
* A full clean Irish driving licence is required to cover the van delivery driver on occasion of holidays or sickness.
