UP TO £20,000 + £35,000 OTE +UNCAPPED COMMISSION
The Opportunity:
We are exclusively working with an industry leading engineering business who is looking to expand their sales team by recruiting a Trainee Sales Executive to join the team. This highly successful business saw profitability increase by 50% during 2020 and they're forecasting to do the same in 2021.

Package: Up to £20,000 + OTE (£10k uncapped) + Benefits
The Sales Executive Role:
* Driving new businessopportunities and managing long term client relationships
* Contacting businesses with requirements, offering quotations, following up and closing business opportunities
* Conducting market research to identify new prospects and opportunities
* Handling inbound sales enquiries generated by the marketing team
* Providing quotations and closing business
* Updating and maintaining the internal database
* Attending internal & external video meetings when required
The Person:
* Experiencewithin a customer / client acing role
* A highly motivated individual who is confident, resilient and able to manage their own time effectively
* Must have a proven track record of closing business over the telephone
* Computer literate with the ability to pick up new systems
* Excellent communication skills over email, the phone, face to face / Video
