The Role
My client, a large, internationally recognised Insurance Group is seeking and experienced Digital Marketing Executiveto join their team in Dublin 22. This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid position.
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you willbe responsible for the execution, optimisation, management, measurement, and reporting of all digital campaigns. You must leadand manage all paid, organic, and owned media channels to expand reach and drive pipeline for sales to achieve company revenue and growth goals for the business and associated brands.
Tasks & Duties
* Work with and report to Head of Marketing Ireland to understand Marketing plans and financial goals for the business and its associated brands.
* Work with and report to Head of Digital and be fully integrated to the businesses wider digital team to optimise success for all digital activity.* Work with business stakeholders to plan, create and manage all PPC, paid social and SEO campaigns to drive improved lead generation for the Howden Insurance Ireland and its associated
* Work with your marketing team colleagues to create optimised TTLcampaigns to produce, highly optimised content and creative assets focusing on relevant search terms.
* Continual optimisation of PPC campaign components including keyword strategy, ad copy, cost per acquisition, audience targeting and budget controls.* Conduct A/B testing across creatives, copy and web pages to increase account
* Monitor, analyse, report and act on data toimprove acquisition, engagement, and conversion
* Collaborate regularly with the Group Marketing team and business stakeholders to keep up to date with SEO & PPC best practices and standards to drive digital strategy in the Ireland business.
* Represent the marketing team to produce and present reports on digital PPC and SEO activity to internal stakeholders to demonstrateROI effectiveness.

* Work alongside the digital team relating todigital strategy for all brands associated with the businesses websites.
* Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, andmake on site changes to improve the reach and visibility of the company on all digital channels to drive increased traffic to PPC campaigns.
* Support with website content change requests and updates, ensuring full optimisation (tagging, meta descriptions, links etc).

Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications
* 3rd level qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related degree.
* 3-5 years' professionalexperience in executing and managing digital marketing activities and initiatives spanning SEO, PPC and paid social is essential.
* Must have extensive and demonstrable PPC experience.
* Web and CMS experience is beneficial.
* Advanced knowledge ofthe Google Ads platform is essential.
* Experience with data and analytical tools including Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, SEMrush, and Google Search Console.
* Knowledge of CMS tools is required.
* Strong digital data analysis, reporting experience and a solid understanding of success metrics and KPI's.
* Experience within the financial services sector, and in particular insurance, would be advantageous but is not essential.
* Team player with a collaborative approach.
* Candidates must currently reside in Ireland with full working rights.
