My client, a first-class pharma/med device company based in the Midlands and who work with pharmaceutical, chemical, biotechnology and medical device clients now have a superb opportunity for an Analytical Chemistry Lab Supervisor to join their team.
Your Job
The purpose of this Analytical Chemistry Lab Supervisor job is to supervise a small team of 3-4 analysts and to ensure the laboratory is run at maximum efficiency.
Requirements
* The minimum requirement for this Analytical Chemistry Lab Supervisor job includes at least 3-5 years' experience in a GMP regulated environment.
* A degree inChemistry or a related discipline
* At least 2 years supervisory experience. Prior experience of supervising/leading a small lab team is essential
* Ability to co-ordinate, schedule and prioritise analytical work.
* Excellent technical skills and strong leadership skills.
