The Microbiologist Job
Duties:
*
Conduct microbiology analysis including bioburden testing, endotoxin testing, microbial identification, Biological Indicator testing, BacT/ALERT testing, sterility checks, and growth promotion of media .
* Environmental monitoring including viable and non-viable particulate monitoring and water and gas system monitoring in cleanroom areasin the manufacturing facility.
* Reading of test plates, data review, trending.
* Support and provide subject matter expertknowledge in investigations associated with deviations.
* To participate in the preparation of protocols and reports.
* Torevise SOPs as required by the Lead Analyst
* To review analytical data for GMP compliance
Requirements
* Level 8 Bachelor's Degree in a science related field.
* 2+ years experience working in Microbiology testing role
* Experience of workingin a GMP environment(essential).
* Thorough knowledge of FDA and International Regulatory requirements.
* Excellent organisational, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills required.
