(Remote Role) Life Sciences
Seeking a Strong Commercially aware Science Professional, with a strong analytical customer focus, seeking to make the transition in a senior sales/business development role.
National BusinessDevelopment Manager (Remote Role) Life Sciences
* Prepare and implement a comprehensive territory management plan to indicate target opportunities, potential new accounts, expansion of existing accounts and an analysis of competitor accounts.
* Get proactive in applying account-specific sales strategies to sell portfolio services.
* Develop and qualify account leads throughprospecting and frequent customer interactions.
* Build relationships with customers to influence the acceptance and use of services.
* Gather data on market trends and competition, pipeline all new opportunities on CRM
* Complete all required sales documentation in a timely manner.
* Trade shows Attendance
Requirements: National Business Development Manager (Remote Role) Life Sciences
* Degree or equivalent in life sciences , Minimum 5 years' experience in life sciences :combined sales experience Ideally
* Previous experience in quality control and/or analytical development acquired in the biotech/biopharma industry will be preferred.
* Strong ability to identify and qualify customer needs.
* Ability to identify and tackle obstaclesto the sales process.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to negotiate and influenceat the highest organizational levels.
* Ability to travel (domestic and abroad) up to 50% of the time.
