!!! QC LAB TRAINING SPECIALIST (GMP)!!!
A perfect role for a QCChemist eager to get away from bench testing!!
The trainer will have extensive experience in the performance of routine and non-routine analysis and have shown an interest in and aptitude for training colleagues in the past. You will coordinate trainingfor new starts , prepare, develop, and deliver technical training programs. You should be an expert in GMP, GDP and Technical Writing.
Duties
* Coordinate training for new starts
* Liaise with team leads to ensure training requirements are met ina timely manner
* Develop and deliver training courses
* Maintain training records
* Provide support on training mattersduring audits and inspections
* Ensuring that all training schedules are running as planned and taking proactive action to ensure the same.
Requirements
* A degree in chemistry or a related discipline
* Experience in the performance of routineand non-routine analysis in a GMP, highly regulated environment
* The successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter, capable of working under their own initiative
* Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
Opportunity for hybrid work once initial training period in the role has been completed.
