You will work as part of the Senior Management team .This Quality & Validation Manager job will see you responsible for the quality and validation functions for their QC Lab. This is a fantastic chance to really challenge yourself in an interesting role where you can progress your career.
Key Duties:
* C.A.P.A. plans management
* Managing Change controls- Risk Assessments - Validations-I.Q.-O.Q.- P.Q.-
* Developing quality procedures andwork instructions.
* Internal and supplier auditing.
* Developing annual training plans for the employees
* Maintaining the quality system in compliance with ISO9001, ISO17025 standards and adherence to GMP guidelines
* Implementation and development of the various quality projects.
Requirements
* Degree in a Scientific discipline
* 3-4 years years in a Quality/Validations role in a GMP environment
* Demonstrated knowledge of quality systems, FDA and EU guidelines
* Experience with regulatory inspections
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Excellent communication skills
