Exciting opportunity for a confident Study Start Up Specialist to work with one of our growing pharmaceutical clients on a contract basis
- 6 month contract
- Office based in the Home Counties with some flexibility for home working once settled
- Competitive daily rate
This position will involve coordinating and assisting with all start up activities before site activation, the successful candidate will be a subject matter expert on all study start up activities in the region and oversee as well as lead study start up activities with other stakeholders in clinical research. They will also lead local/global study start up process improvements and patient recruitment strategies.
Main responsibilities include:
- Study start up and coordination
- Relationship management
- New site identification
- Recruitment
- Contracts and budgets
- Safety reporting
-Experience in clinical operations, costing templates and contract negotiations preferred
- Various therapeutic area knowledge considered
