Advanced Steel - Structural Steelwork Draughtsman

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for one of clients who are experts in the design, fabrication and installation of structural and architectural steelwork, for all kinds of projects. produce architecturalmetalwork including staircases, balconies, gates and railings, in a variety of materials and a wide range of finishes.
Due tocontinued expansion and a heavy work load, they are now looking for a Draughtsman to join their growing drawing office. The ideal candidate will have some experience of architectural metalwork, structural detailing using Advanced Steel however this role is open to someone experienced or very junior that has only just finished university. The role is completely open to different experience levels so if you feel this is something that interests you please contact on the details below.
Responsibility &Duties
* Produce Detailed fabrication drawings
* Architectural metalwork detailing, balconies, staircases, glazing systems
* General CAD design of architectural metalwork
* Producing drawings on AutoCAD 2D package & Advanced Steel.
* Possibly site survey
Experience & Qualification
* Experience of AutoCAD or Advanced Steel is desirable
* AutoCAD, RevitOr StruCAD Tekla Advanced Steel, Solidworks or Autodesk Inventor would also be considered.
* Portfolio / Examples of drawingsdesirable
* Site survey would be good but not essential
* Good communication skills
